Wir arbeiten ausschließlich auf Grund der Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen 2017 – ADSp 2017 – und – soweit diese für die Erbringung logistischer Leistungen nicht gelten – nach den Logistik-AGB, Stand März 2006. Hinweis: Die ADSp 2017 weichen in Ziffer 23 hinsichtlich des Haftungshöchstbetrages für Güterschäden (§ 431 HGB) vom Gesetz ab, indem sie die Haftung bei multimodalen Transporten unter Einschluss einer Seebeförderung und bei unbekanntem Schadenort auf 2 SZR/kg und im Übrigen die Regelhaftung von 8,33 SZR/kg zusätzlich auf 1,25 Millionen Euro je Schadenfall sowie 2,5 Millionen Euro je Schadenereignis, mindestens aber 2 SZR/kg, beschränken. Versicherungspolice gezeichnet bei Kravag Versicherungen, 20097 Hamburg. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand Remscheid.

We exclusively work based on the general German forwarding businessconditions 2017 (ADSp 2017) and—to the extent that these do not apply to the provision of logistics services—in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Logistics Services, as of March 2006. Note: In Section 23, the ADSp 2017 deviate from the law regarding the maximum liability amount for damage to goods (Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)) by limiting liability for multimodal transport, including maritime transport, and in cases where the location of the damage is unknown to 2 SDR/kg, and otherwise limiting the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/ kg to an additional 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per loss event, but at least 2 SDR/kg. Insurance policy signed with Kravag Versicherungen, 20097 Hamburg. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction Remscheid.
